What Is Life Coaching?
Different from consulting, mentoring, advice, or counseling Life Coaching is designed to assist you in specific areas of your life such as personal projects, business goals, general conditions and/or transitions in your personal life, relationships or profession. Life Coaching works with you in the present. Working together, you and your coach examine what is going on right now around the specific area you have chosen to work on. The goal of the Life Coach is to help you discover what your obstacles or blocks might be, give you the tools to remove those blocks and assist you in choosing a course of action that will make that area of your life be what you want it to be.
How Does Life Coaching Work?
The Life Coaching Structure:
- Complimentary Coaching Consultation
- 60 to 90 minute first session – Choosing the Goals
- One 30 to 90 minute phone call per week during the coaching period
- Unlimited Email support during the first month, and agreed upon number of emails for the remainder of the process
- Occasional brief check-in calls
Life Coaching is a relationship between coach and client designed to put you in the power position. I know that you are the source of your best answers to remove every obstacle you have before you. My job as Life Coach is to guide you in locating those answers within yourself and assist you in learning how to apply them to your life to reach your desired outcome.
My skill is in empowering you to find your answers by knowing the right questions to ask and giving you the right tools and techniques to assist you in hearing and trusting you own Inner Guidance.
You are the only one who truly possesses the best knowledge to use in making your life choices. As a Life Coach, I know how to ‘coach’ you to discovering your own guidance to your best answers and choices.
Her lecture and teaching abilities are based on over 25 years of study and experience in Eastern and Western philosophies and an understanding of the realm of emotions and energy. She uses these extensive studies and various techniques to aid her students in identifying, understanding, and eliminating developmental and emotional impasses. She is certified as a Reiki Master, Master Metaphysician, and is a certified instructor of Applied Metaphysics.
- Using her experience and gifts, Veda touches her audiences on an individual level.
- She creates an atmosphere of trust and openness; and gives participants of her classes and workshops insight into their own emotional thought processes and the tools to change those processes.
Veda is a registered counselor and has been counseling individuals and families for the last 18 years. In addition to her formal education in psychology, Veda uses her intuitive abilities to find the core issues in question. She is a Certified Rebirther, and a Certified Hypnotherapist and works in the areas of :
